Payment

I ask for 100% upfront but I offer these other payment options in case:
- If it is a big piece, I can take 50% upfront and gradual payments until the piece has been paid off.

You can pay me using either PayPal, Blik (for Polish commissioners) or through my Ko-fi.

Refunds and time tables

IF I, THE ARTIST, AM UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE REQUEST, A REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED.TIME FRAME FOR COMPLETION IS BETWEEN 1 TO 4 WEEKS ( I WILL SPECIFY IF I NEED MORE TIME.)YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE A REFUND AFTER THE SKETCH HAS BEEN CONFIRMED UNLESS 4 WEEKS PASSES AND NO WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED BY THE ARTIST THIS IS A BREECH OF CONTRACT. CLIENT CAN ASK FOR A FULL REFUND AT THIS TIME OR CONTINUE TO WAIT FOR ART BY THEIR CHOICE.

Art and Artistic rights

I, THE ARTIST, MAY USE ARTWORK IN ONLINE OR PHYSICAL GALLERIES, PORTFOLIOS, PRINTED MATERIAL, ANY FORM OF PUBLICATION OR DISTRIBUTION WITH CREDIT TO THE COMMISSIONER FOR COMMISSION CREDITS UNLESS COMMISSION IS PURCHASED AS A WORK FOR HIRE AT THE TIME OF INITIAL ORDER.YOU, AS THE COMMISSIONER, MAY USE COMMISSIONED WORK FOR PERSONAL DISPLAY PENDING ARTIST CREDITS/GALLERY LINKS ARE POSTED WITH THE DISPLAY BACK TO THE ARTIST. (I.E. ONLINE ICONS, ONLINE SIGNATURES, LAYOUTS, WALLPAPERS, .SOCIAL SITES, ECT)YOU, AS THE COMMISSIONER, ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE MY ARTWORK FOR COMMERCIAL USE OR IN ANY FORM OF PROMOTION FOR PROFIT.YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE MY ART FOR TRAINING AND IN ANY GENERATIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE WEBSITES, APPS AND ANY AI MODULES OF YOUR CREATION.

NSFW COMMISSIONS TOS

You must confirm your age before discussing private details in DMs, I will require a photo of your ID. Cover up anything else besides your date of birth. I will also require you to draw or write something on a piece of paper in the same photo.
If you'd like to see examples of my NSFW art, please message me on one of my socials.
I will not draw nsfw of any real life people, even the commissioner.
I refuse to illustrate NSFW that: is non-consensual, is incest, contains a minor engaging in the act, contains a non-sentient being engaging in the act (feral animal as an example), and is necrophilic (undead characters are okay though).
I refuse to draw certain fetishes and kinks. You are free to ask me what I am okay with drawing.
You are not permitted to upload the NSFW commission on any socials.
I have the right to refuse a NSFW commission without a given reason.

By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service

I, Reserve the right to refund a commission at any time if I feel I am unable to complete the request.I reserve the right to update or clarify any of these conditions at anytime or as need be to better protect myself as the artist and you as the commissioner from misunderstanding or wrongful harm.
